There are separate Republic of Ireland Reporting Standards for those titles that publish the majority of their circulation/distribution in the Republic of Ireland.

Changes to the ABC Reporting Standards are approved by the ABC Reporting Standards Group for the sector concerned, with final oversight by the ABC Board.

Website and Email Traffic Reporting Standards as agreed by JICWEBS are the industry agreed rules to which ABCe data is prepared

ABC recommends that members ensure the appropriate staff such as those involved with the preparation and reporting of data as well as those using it for sales and marketing are fully conversant with the Reporting Standards for their sector. Incorrect application of the standards or requirements, or omitting to apply them at all, can have serious consequences on the figures you will be entitled to claim on your ABC/ABCe Certificate. If in doubt please contact ABC who will be happy to advise you.
